"Healthier" lube alternatives?

Hi, I finally convinced my mom to let me order a cup! Yay! It's supposed to arrive any day now, and I just realized I hadn't thought of the lube I'd use to help insert it. I am a petite teen virgin so I'm thinking I need to use something. On WEN's website (the organization who "exposed the sanitary protection industry) it says "Avoid lubricated and/or fragranced products-these are completely superfluous and generate unnecessary additional exposure to synthetic chemicals." Is there such thing as a "healthier" or "safer" lube? I have no idea what I'm talking about, but I guess one with few or none "synthetic chemicals." I think I read somewhere that you could use olive oil or a "little soap", according to the 1962 article someone posted here recently. However, I would prefer to use a product from a store (like a "natural" lube.......does that exist.) The soap thing sounds intersting though...I was planning to use Dr. Bronner's to clean my cup anyway, so maybe I'll use that. (Or would that be harmful?)

Thanks for reading this. Any advice would be really helpful!
