Okay, so I've heard from everyone how amazing these cups are for everyday life such as going to school/ work. Now my question is how well do they hold up to physical activities? I checked the link on the side called physical activities but there was an error saying that the page did not exist. So just to specify this a bit, what I'm wondering about are things like running or stretching (like idk splits and such things that one would do for gymnastics). Also, what about jumping on trampolines, has anyone tried doing this before? I would just like everyone here to share their personal experiences good or bad. Thanks everyone in advance.
