I love my cup!!!
Normally I have severely debilitating cramps on the first day of my period, and then general annoying cramps for the rest of the week.
This is my second cycle with my cup and I had no 'first day' cramps! I was thrilled!
Also my period was shorter this time around.
Has this happened with anybody else? Lighter cramps? Shorter period?
