First Date With Diva (We're taking it slow)

I'm sorry if this is too much of an "update" post, but I just wanted to thank everyone for all the info on this forum. I wore the Diva for a few hours this morning before work, and it was perfect. It only took about 10 minutes of fiddling for me to get it right. I'm too scared to leave the house with it yet, but I plan on popping it in tonight when I get home to see if I didn't just have beginner's luck.
This is good news for me because, as I've previously said, I didn't think that I could wear a cup. I have a funky shape (tilted uterus, flat pelvic arch) that made tampons and the NuvaRing impossible to wear, and my doctor wouldn't prescribe me a diaphragm. Sadness! So...if anyone else has an uncommon shape, don't be too wigged out...it can work.
I'm also wondering how this went for you ladies...once you figured out the cup, how fast did you incorporate it into your life? Did you start off just wearing at home, then move on to using it during the workday, or did you wear it full-time immediately?
