help with a leaking problem?

I have used my diva cup for three cycles now and I always have a little bit of leaking and I am not sure why.

It might be because I can't get a seal but when I remove my cup, I always have to break a seal so I don't think that's it.

I can never twist or spin the cup like they say in the directions. I've read some posts that say some women can't so I tried the "swirling" method they suggested where you run your finger along the outside of the cup to make sure it's open. Whenever I do this, I don't feel any bends or folds but it seems like my cup is squashed a little. I don't know if I'm explaining this well- it is like the rim is in the shape of an oval instead of a circle. Does that mean it's not open all the way? Is it possible my vagina is shaped that way and forcing the cup to take that shape? Is that even the problem? Maybe I am inserting it at a wrong angle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
