Three Questions

According to the directions and sites like http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Menstrual_cup_inserted.png  cups are supposed to "ride low" -- which I interpret as being held by the vaginal muscles near the entrance.  But according to many who have posted on this forum, it sounds like many like their cups to "ride high" - which I interpret as above those muscles.  Some even imply that they are positioned directly onto (around) the cervix.

1. Which cup and size do you wear?
2. How do you like it to ride?  Low, high, or on the cervix?
3. And finally, how would you rate your success with it in terms of no migration or leakage?
