What size of Lady cup for 26 years old?

My sister is 26 years old. We talked about cups once. She said that she is completely satisfied with disposables so she doesn't need a cup. I think it is a matter of money too. My mom was very exited to hear about cups and told me to buy one as a present for my sister. She thinks if it is a present, my sister will try :) My sister is not a virgin and doesnt have children yet.
I want to buy Lady cup for me. And their small cup is really the smallest. But the big is the biggest. So I don't know what to choose for her :( Or buy her Moon Cup? What do you think?
