Still debating

THanks everyone for your help on my last post! I have since had my shark week (Love that new term) and am more determined then ever to get a cup. I am now leaning towards a Lunnette but I am still confused over which size to choose. I seem to have conflicting stats that one usually uses to determine size. ie over 30 and sexually active (with well endowed partner) suggests the larger, but needing a small spec and some penatrative issues (well endowed = anxiety)suggests a smaller size.
I have done some some searching in the past posts and I want to make sure I understand what happens if you have the wrong size:
*too small = slippage and leakage
*too big = discomfort and cramps

Is this about right? Any other tidbits to consider?
