For those lucky souls who do not leak, please help!

So far, my diva has been wonderful. My first period flew by without any leakage, but I got some spotting on the next two. Currently, I'm finishing up that third cycle, and I sometimes I leak, sometimes I don't. Sometimes it's just brown spotting, so I'm assuming it's whatever was on my vaginal wall prior to inserting the cup.

Basically, I can't seem to figure out the difference between how I insert it when it doesn't leak compared to how I insert it when it does. I was wondering if those of you who don't have problems with leakage can describe your insertion process so I can pinpoint where I'm going wrong. Maybe the angling? I'm not sure. Any advice would be appreciated.
