1) How do you feel about semi-off topic posts, like funny stories, songs, general discussion about menstruation etc?
Keep them. I enjoy them, and they build a sense of community.

2) How about posts that are about cups, but don't lend themselves to help or discussion? E.g. 'My cup just arrived, I'm so excited' posts, 'I lost my cup and now I'm going to have to buy another one', etc.
Keep them. They don’t do any harm and they let people chat.
