Lunette or Fleurcup?
Hi! I am new to cups though I have done my research so I'd really like help choosing the "right" one. I am a virgin and have something like an 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 inch cervix (when off my period) and a light-average flow. Basically, I got it down to fleurcup and lunette. I've noticed that fleurcup is barely shorter (which is good) and also softer, but Lunette has better reviews. I wanted to know what the pros and cons are to softness vs. firmness and what you think might be a better cup for me. Also, where can I buy a fleurcup that ships to US? Just in case that's what I decide.
If you purchase your Lunette from luneshop.com it should cost between $25-$30, their shipping is free. The Lunettes come with their own bag. I store my Fleurcup wrapped in a handkerchief for the time being, I plan on sewing it to form a bag but have not got around to it yet.
Oh thank you so much! I was looking at femininewear.com but thank you for the luneshop link!
also, do you have a particular type of lunette or do you have the basic clear? is there a major difference between selene and clear? I plan on getting a clear fleurcup...unless the colors are proven to be safe? I like the idea of a colored cup, haha.
I would think a place like etsy has some good bags for cups :)

I have the Lunette Diana, my first choice was the Selene but they were out of stock then, I think the Selene is available now. My Fleurcup is green too (their green is so pretty) and so far I have not been sick from silicone dyes.
There are a few bags available on etsy.

oh awesome! I'll have to look into it then :)
I just looked at my 2 cups again and I wonder if this will help you:
1.) The grip rings are a lot more pronounced on the Fleurcup.
2.) There are 4 grips on the Fleurcup and 3 on the Lunette.
3.) The Lunette has a much smoother finish to it compared to the Fleurcup.
Let me know what you think :)

I definitely will let you know what I think about them! I think I'm going to order both, at least that is what my gut is telling me to do! I'm so determined to be a cup convert! I'm tired of pads and tampons!
The Lunette Selene is sooo pretty, I'm probably going to order that one and a clear Fleurcup small.
