anyone know how or where i can buy a med. meluna soft without haveing to use paypal or international currancy? i previously bought a large yukki beccause i need the capacity but turns out that its too long for me, so im going to have to give up some capasity to get a shorter one, and i think that the med meluna is the best option for size vs lengh.

There's someone who organizes mas.orders of Melunas. She's on this comm, so she might see this.

Also, you could order from their webpage and pay with credit card. The currency conversion happens automatically, so you don't need to have euros.

Oh yeah! I forgot about her! Here's her Facebook Page:

I would not personally recommend that co-op. Several people, myself included, have had very bad experiences with her responsiveness and customer service. She sent me the wrong stem type and refused to do anything about it . . .

GreenBajingos also does co-ops. I think she has a few on hand right now that you can buy off her, but then you'll need to use PayPal though.

A jump from a large Yuuki to a medium MeLuna is a BIG one. 55 to 45 mm in length. Check the size charts at http://community.livejournal.com/menstrual_cups/1285963.html to see if maybe something in between might not interest you more.

Unless you get one via a private transaction from a previous owner, you can't buy one in the US. Any store selling them would have to be international. Try http://community.livejournal.com/mc_sales/ or etsy, ebay, etc.

it is a big jump, i went 2 periods tying to make the yukki work, its just too long though, sticks out about 5 mm on my low days. i want to try and have the largest capasity possible though so i was thining that the width of the meluna would make up for that?

The rim widths are nearly the same 45mm, 46mm. The body shapes might make a difference. How about capacity? That's another big difference.

If you don't mind getting a gently used cup, you can also try here: mc_sales

Aw bummer, I was just about to ask you about that Meluna, because my large Meluna is too long.

Yes, I did end up giving it away. Now that I've found my perfect cup (medium ring stem), those are all I need! Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating a ball stem...are you not able to order from the manufacturer?
