This period has been way messier than the last ones I have had. I have leaked each day so far and it wasn;t even full. I dont know if it has to do with laying down for along time or not. The last two times it was during the night. I would wake up and I leaked and today I took a three hour nap and about an hour after the nap I had leaked. I am not sure whats going on. Can anyone help me.
I find that sometimes when I lie down the suction breaks, especially early in my cycle when my cervix is high up. It has helped me to be super careful when I lie down as to not jostle anything out of place.
Which cup do you have?
I've heard that firmer cups have this problem.
I have a Keeper Moon Cup which is "firmer" and have had that happen once. I found avoiding sitting up fast does the trick.
Try sitting up slower. :) Hopefully it will help.

Yes, I used to experience similar problems with the large Lunette oncein a while, which is a stiff cup. Now I use a soft and squishy large Yuuki and since then I haven't had that kind of leakage.
fwiw--I only experienced leaking with a softer cup. I believe it wasn't fully opening, but would only really occur when I lay down, so I must have had it open enough but not fully...
For naps and night time since I've made sure to use a cloth pad back up, but since I found my goldilocks cups and not leaked, I'm weening off the bock ups...We'll see how it goes.
Leak free cups include (for me): Large Fleur, Medium MeLuna Klassic and Soft cups
hope this helps!
